World Francophone Day
It was held at Sports Ground on 18th March, 2012 at 9am.
This was a cultural day that was hosted by The University of Nairobi. A total of 57 schools and universities attended in which 9 countries were represented.
There were 30 different stands
Activities done included: quizzes, games.
Inauguration of the French Resource Centre
The sub-department of French’s Resource Centre was inaugurated on 7th March, 2012 by the French Ambassador to Kenya, Etienne de Poncins and the Vice Chancellor, Prof. George Magoha. Also present was the DVC AA (Prof. Kaimenyi), Principal-CHSS (Prof. E. Njeru) and the Dean- Faculty of Arts (Prof. P. Chitere).
