1. Alliance Francaise Of Nairobi

Exchange of ideas on the teaching of French Participation in each other’s club activities Use of each other’s facilities.

2. Bureau For Language Cooperation Of The French Embassy

This collaboration has given rise to numerous events and activities including: A Workshop organised by the bureau on the teaching of French for business and attended by two members of staff of the Sub-Department.

Hosting the Sub-Departmentof a Regional Resource Centre for French fully equipped by the French Government.

Hosting by the Sub-Department of a national workshop for Resource Centre Managers organised by the bureau.

Hosting by the Sub-Department of a national workshop organised by the bureau for teachers and lecturers of French on the use of a smart board for teaching of French.

Participation by officials of the bureau in and support for French Club activities

Funding and facilitation by the bureau of a workshop on the use of theatre for French language learning

Hosting by the Sub-Department of an inter-universities one day conference, fully funded by the bureau.

Facilitation by the bureau of Staff training

Facilitation by the bureau of student short French language courses in French speaking countries.

Absorption of graduates of the  Sub-Department by employers Facilitation of data collection by students of the Sub-Department of French, for research purposes.
